Our work falls into three categories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Buyer&#8217;s guides.<\/strong> Long-form, expert-reviewed articles for international buyers considering Italian property \u2014 taxes, legal process, residency, financing, regional choice, hidden risks. Each guide is bylined, dated, and reviewed annually by a qualified Italian professional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Market data.<\/strong> Italian property prices, yields, transaction volumes and regional analysis, drawn from official OMI data (Agenzia delle Entrate) and proprietary local-market sources, refreshed continuously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Osservatorio.<\/strong> Our weekly newsletter for professionals, investors and operators following the Italian market \u2014 data, deals, policy, analysis. We do not take agency commissions. We do not accept paid placement in editorial content. Our recommendations are not influenced by who pays us, because nobody does.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sourcing.<\/strong> Every number we publish is cited. We use official Italian sources (Agenzia delle Entrate \/ OMI, ISTAT, Banca d&#8217;Italia, Gazzetta Ufficiale) wherever possible, and disclose proprietary or third-party data where used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Expert review.<\/strong> Tax, legal, immigration and mortgage content is reviewed by a qualified Italian professional in the relevant field \u2014 a <em>commercialista<\/em>, notary, lawyer or licensed broker \u2014 whose name and credentials are visible on every page they have reviewed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Currency.<\/strong> Italian rules change annually with the <em>legge di bilancio<\/em>. Every cornerstone article carries a visible &#8220;last reviewed&#8221; date and is re-checked at least annually with the relevant expert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Transparency.<\/strong> Where commercial relationships exist (group products, affiliate disclosures, sponsored research), they are clearly labelled and never embedded inside editorial content.
