Participation Requirements

  1. Submission of Offers:
    • Offers must be submitted exclusively via the registered email (PEC)
    • Use the pre-filled form available on the Ministry of Justice’s portal
  2. Security Deposit:
    • A security deposit in the amount of 10% of the offered price must be transferred via bank transfer to the specified account.
    • The wire transfer must be made at least three business days before the offer submission deadline.
  3. Offer Validity:
    • The offer must include the bidder’s identification details, the judicial office, the procedure’s general role number, the lot number, the property description, the procedural reference, the date and time of the auction, the offered price, and the payment term.
  4. Minimum Price and Increment:
    • The minimum offer must be at least 75% of the base price.
    • The minimum increment for subsequent bids is set at €10,000 for prices above €500,000.
